Responsibilities:
- Design and build robust, high-quality test automation frameworks and tools for functional, regression, and performance testing, improving automated defect detection for both existing and new features.
- Participate in product requirement and architecture reviews to understand business logic, system architecture, and potential risks, shifting quality activities earlier in the design and development lifecycle.
- Use AI-assisted development tools throughout the workflow to accelerate coding, test design, and script maintenance. Review AI-generated code and test cases for correctness before deployment.
- Develop AI-powered testing capabilities, including LLM and agent-based test-data generation, intelligent UI exploration, log analysis, defect detection, triage and fixing.
- Support AI-powered product features by designing evaluation datasets and acceptance criteria for scenarios such as search, recommendations, and intelligent customer service.
Develop evaluation methods for non-deterministic outputs.
- Proactively identify quality and stability bottlenecks. Analyze quality metrics, including defect trends, test coverage, and automation stability, and continuously improve engineering processes.
