In our daily operations, we are committed to enhancing the positive reputation and impact of the Real Estate department, while consistently nurturing strong internal cooperation and collaboration.

- Develop and implement employee communication strategies and plans for the designated region, aligning with the company and departmental communication goals.

- Execute cultural activities within the department, including planning, organization, promotion, on-site management, and post-event communication.

- Manage departmental cultural communication channels, including but not limited to H5 content, copywriting, and video production.

- Support the establishment and promotion of the service brand, enhancing employee recognition and engagement through topics, events, and activities.

- Educational background in Journalism, Communications, Directing, or a related field.

- Strong brand awareness, with the ability to identify and manage public sentiment effectively. Highly execution-oriented, optimistic, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced work environment.

- Demonstrated creativity and strong writing skills.

- Strong collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.

- Willing and able to travel internationally on a regular basis.

- Experience working in a global organization.

- Experience in internal communications or employee engagement.
