The Business Intelligence team owns and manages operational metrics and develops robust reporting systems and analytical insights to ensure accuracy, actionability, and timeliness of information.

Responsibilities:
- Support cross-functional stakeholders by gathering business requirements and translating them into reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries, dashboards, and basic automation workflows while collaborating with team members.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, investigate root causes, quantify business impact, and provide actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making.
- Build and maintain dashboards that surface operational performance metrics and business insights.
- Assist with data validation, quality checks, and governance activities to improve reporting accuracy.
- Document datasets, metric definitions, reporting logic, and technical documentation to support scalable analytics solutions.
- Continuously learn new tools, technologies, and best practices in analytics and automation.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve reporting, automation, and operational processes through data and analytics.
