- Support Vertical Strategy & Operations
Support the execution of growth strategies and day-to-day operations for assigned content verticals by assisting with ecosystem analysis, content initiatives, and operational projects.
- Assist with Content & Growth Initiatives
Help develop and execute content and creator growth initiatives by conducting research on creator behavior, content performance, and market trends.
- Analyze Business Performance
Collect, analyze, and summarize data related to creators, content, and user engagement to identify insights and support business decision-making.
- Support Strategic Projects
Assist in planning and executing cross-functional projects, campaigns, and operational initiatives that improve creator growth, content quality, and ecosystem development.
- Conduct Market & Industry Research
Monitor industry trends, creator ecosystem developments, and competitive landscapes to provide insights and recommendations for business strategies.
- Collaborate Cross-functionally
Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Data Science, Marketing, Operations, and regional teams to support project execution and operational excellence.
- Track Performance & Optimize Processes
Help monitor key business metrics, prepare reports, and support continuous optimization through data analysis and experimentation.
