We work closely with Policy, Legal, Algorithm, and Engineering teams to translate complex regulatory and safety requirements into real-world product solutions that protect users while preserving a high-quality user experience.
The
CSAM Product Operation Managerwill play a key role in supporting and optimizing the product operations related to the detection, reporting, and prevention of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) across our platforms.
This position requires a strong understanding of content moderation, operational workflows, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure compliance and safety.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end CSAM detection and removal operations, ensuring timely and effective handling of cases.
- Monitor key metrics and incident trends, driving data-informed improvements to workflows and tooling.
- Develop and optimize SOPs, escalation frameworks, and automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including reporting and audit support.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Trust & Safety teams to assess risks, improve processes, and support incident response.
