TikTok Commerce Product Strategy and Operation Manager work closely with Product Managers, Research & Development, business operations and various other counterparts to ensure the successful adoption of TikTok eCommerce platform by end-users, merchants, creators and TikTok employees.
They will contribute to developing product strategy, as well as inbound and outbound responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Define global creator product and operation strategy based on overall product strategy.
- Co-own the creator business goals with operation teams and together define market specific product strategy.
- Based on market analysis, work with PM, Ops, algorithm and other teams to define detailed execution plans and drive for results.
- Drive go-to-market strategies to increase adoption and usage of TikTok shop products for Creators and Affiliates on the platform.
