We are looking for a resource planning & analytics senior associate for our newly formed global resource management team.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of global ROI frameworks for TikTok Shop, ensuring consistent definitions, methodologies, and reporting standards across regions.
- Conduct strategic analysis and research on global resource management topics, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, prioritization, and capital allocation.
- Work closely with regional resource management leads and cross-functional stakeholders to implement global standards and drive operational excellence.
- Prepare clear strategy documents, analytical reports, and executive-level materials to support decision-making and communicate insights to leadership.
- Act as a key coordination point across global teams, facilitating alignment and driving initiatives from concept through implementation.
- Operate effectively in a global, fast-paced environment, collaborating with stakeholders across multiple time zones.
