You will own the development of merchant education systems and operational methodologies, leverage AI to improve efficiency and quality, and work cross-functionally to unlock growth opportunities across the live ecosystem Responsibilities
- Build a deep understanding of TikTok Shop live features, and develop scalable education content and operational playbooks (e.g., articles, videos, FAQs).
Expand distribution channels and track effectiveness.
- Provide training for internal teams and external merchants/creators, including Q&A support, issue troubleshooting, and online/offline sessions.
- Identify user needs through research and feedback, translate insights into product improvements, and drive adoption of live product features.
- Apply AI across workflows such as content creation, Q&A support, and case analysis;
explore AI-driven tools or workflows to scale impact.
