The team is responsible for building the TikTok Ecommerce partnership for the TikTok e-commerce business in the US.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period. Responsibilities:
· Support end-to-end supplier onboarding processes, including documentation collection, qualification review, and system registration
· Consolidate, organize, and maintain supplier and service provider records to ensure data accuracy and compliance
· Coordinate and track execution of contracts, and other procurement-related agreements
· Communicate directly with suppliers and internal stakeholders to facilitate timely onboarding and issue resolution
· Assist with vendor master data management within procurement systems
· Provide administrative and analytical support for sourcing initiatives and supplier performance tracking
· Generate reports and dashboards to monitor onboarding progress, compliance status, and procurement KPIs
· Identify opportunities to streamline procurement workflows and improve documentation processes
