Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to continuously deliver high-quality candidates to fulfill hiring objectives.

Develop an understanding of our personnel needs and organizational model to support sourcing and business strategies.

Identify and attract candidates; and negotiate complex compensation packages and close all level candidates.

Assist line management with cyclical human resources (HR) programs, including talent development, performance management, and employee relations.

Provide HR guidance and advise business leaders about employee disciplinary issues.

Act as a branding champion, training hiring managers and interviewers on how to represent our organizational culture in a meaningful way.

Must have a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business, Management, Psychology, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience;

OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business, Management, Psychology, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience.

Partnering with employees, leaders, or HR teams on employee relations matters including performance management and potential disciplinary actions;

Conducting market research for salary data, comparing with historical compensation, and proposing salary budget and compensation structure;

HR data management, data analytics, and data visualization to keep track of system data inventory;

Accessing, recommending, and implementing solutions to talent and organizational development needs, including employee learning and career needs; and

Utilizing off-the-shelf HR Information systems and analytics tools to leverage reporting data insight capabilities.
