About the Team:
Global Revenue Managementis part of the TikTok Finance function that is responsible for revenue management and accounting for monetization of all TikTok products via the following processes: running the Order to Cash ("OTC") cycle, establishing and integrating business-finance platforms together and revenue accounting.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective collection strategies.
- Create and implement roadmap for successful collections on outstanding debt. Meet and exceed the goals for the overdue and DSO.
- Communicate with clients to build and maintain a strong working relationship and ensure that invoices are paid by their due dates.
In cases where there are billing disputes, work to resolve these with internal cross-functional teams.
- Oversee the collection of outstanding credit and invoices to minimize profit loss while ensuring it is handled appropriately.
- Focus on the advertising customer portfolio and directly responsible for collection management in North America.
- Run reports and analyze data pertaining to the leaders for insights and visibility into collection management situations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and other ad hoc work assigned by the leader.
