As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will partner closely with business teams and play a key role in scaling this high-impact organization by hiring global talents.
- Responsible for end-to-end recruiting, develop a deep understanding of the business and its talent profile, partner with stakeholders to define hiring needs, identify and deliver well-matched candidates with high quality and efficiency.
- Continuously optimize the recruiting process, including but not limited to demand management, resume screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and recruiting data analysis, to effectively improve recruiting return on investment.
- Use market mapping, research, and other sourcing intelligence to provide the business with actionable market insights and help identify and engage top talent.
- Develop and maintain a broad mix of recruiting channels, leveraging various sourcing channels to quickly meet the company's talent needs.
- Lead and support recruiting projects, such as campus recruiting, employee referral / internal mobility programs, and interviewer training.
