As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for directing daily front-of-house operations, maintaining service standards, managing guest interactions, and driving operational excellence throughout every shift.

Pay Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $55,300 - $74,600 / year In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.

Maintain positive guest relations and high standards of service, addressing concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner Assigning tasks for service team members, and monitoring shift responsibilities, ensuring actions are in line with company quality, sanitary, and legal standards Assist with team member training, monitor their performance while keeping open communication for corrections needed Assist with administrative tasks, including ordering and inventory More about you Minimum of three years’ experience in a managerial position in a restaurant with a similar style of dining, capacity, and volume Experience in upscale dining preferred ServSafe, Food Safety Handler, and Training for Intervention Procedures (TIPS) certification is preferred but not mandatory Strong computer skills;
