- 拥有旋转设备（如透平、压缩机等）仪表与控制系统的设计与采购经验
- 能够独立完成仪表选型、控制方案设计及技术规格书编制
- 具备项目管理能力，包括进度控制、预算管理和时间管理
- 具备良好的内部跨团队及外部客户沟通协调能力
- 熟悉相关行业标准与规范（如API、ISA等）
- 能够同时处理多个项目并按时交付
- 具备较强的问题分析与解决能力
- 本科及以上学历，工程类相关专业
- 有Elliott Group或类似旋转设备成套项目经验者优先
