Degree holder in Property Management or equivalent qualifications;
Holder of Provisional Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1) Licence;
Member of
CIHCM / HKIH / Registered Professional Housing Manager or other related professional qualification;
Well-versed with the Deeds of Mutual Covenant and the Building Management Ordinance;
Minimum 4-6 years experience in property management with at least 2 years in a managerial level;
Experience in managing luxurious residential development is preferred ;
Experience in managing estates with I.O.
/O.C.;
Experience in taking over new properties is an advantage;
Possesses strong communication & interpersonal skills;
Proficiency in written/spoken English and Chinese is essential;
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant
