We are seeking a Principal SW Architect, Networking to build the future of AI data-centers.
This role is tailored for those passionate about collective communication, vertical co-development of AI networks, and large model training scalability.
Your work will drive innovation and contribute to large-scale production, making a real impact on the world!
What you'll be doing:
• Developing the next-gen Scale-up fabric for AI data-centers • Concentrating on collaborative communication and vertical co-development of AI networks alongside hardware, software, and applications • Guaranteeing scalability, reliability, and robust training for large model development • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to build and implement innovative solutions • Creating innovative concepts that will ultimately proceed to full-scale manufacturing • Partnering with world-class talent to successfully implement new technologies What we need to see:

experience in software architecture and networking • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience • Strong expertise in AI applied research • Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and deliver flawless results • Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work with diverse teams • A track record of innovation and the determination to compete at the highest level Ways to stand out from the crowd:

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
The base salary range is 184,000 USD - 287,500 USD for Level 4, and 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD for Level 5.
