We are looking for a Manager, Supply Chain Planning - Wafers, located at our Corporate Headquarters in Santa Clara, CA.

What you'll be doing:
• Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly supply plans with business leaders and provide mentorship on supply and inventory positions • Analyze planning strategies and priority tradeoffs with business leaders to optimize supply to meet customer demand and revenue targets • Present weekly supply changes to executive management • Develop, mentor, and lead team of high performing supply chain planners responsible for wafer/die supply • Collaborate with foundry partners to drive closure of near term wafer supply shortages and to forecast longer term capacity requirements • Oversee cross-functional alignment with backend planning, capacity planning, and engineering teams to understand chip supply bottlenecks and influence downstream capacity investments • Guide continuous improvement efforts and projects in support of organizational strategies What we need to see:

BA/BS degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience • 8
overall years of experience in supply chain/operations, preferably with background in semiconductors or wafer/chip planning • At least 4
years of experience in a leadership role • Proficiency in Excel, SAP, advanced planning software/ERP, and other business software applications • Demonstrated agility and flexibility in a fast-paced, constraint production environment • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with senior executive staff Ways to stand out from the crowd:

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
The base salary range is 144,000 USD - 247,250 USD.
