The R2L Sub Same Day (SSD) Delivery Finance team is looking for a proactive, results-driven Finance Manager with a can-do approach and a bias for action.

What you'll do: Own and strengthen key finance and reporting processes, including forecasting and reconciliation, and build the long-range business plan that guides where we invest and expand.
- Support customer-centric propositions — bringing the financial rigor that helps the business decide whether new offerings and initiatives are profitable and worth scaling.
- Leverage AI to solve problems and build decision frameworks that make complex tradeoffs clear — turning large-scale data into faster, sharper business decisions.
- Identify and define the metrics that matter — the strategic input drivers that reveal how to improve the economics of the business.
- Design, develop, and maintain performance measurements and reporting in partnership with finance, tech, and operations leaders across the globe.
- Lead financial analyses of major business events and solve complex problems that inform company-wide strategic decisions.
