Key job responsibilities
- Manage and oversee various cross-functional programs, ensuring successful delivery.
- Set clear objectives for programs, leveraging data analytics to drive improvements and achieve metrics.
- Navigate and resolve ambiguities in business scenarios, applying creative problem-solving skills.
- Foster collaboration to optimize resource allocation and project success.
- Bridge gaps in team dynamics, processes, and systems, preventing common program pitfalls.
- Identify and mitigate risks, preventing them from escalating into major issues.
- Regularly communicate with managers, business leaders, and other stakeholders to support key business initiatives.
- Develop, implement, and oversee KPI reporting for a program portfolio, ensuring clear
- Assist Cluster Leader with tactical and strategic deliverables.
Manage action plans, communicate direction to the team and provide assistance based on past experience.
Manage calendar/schedules, coordinate cluster-wide events/activities.
- Facilitate creation of SOWs with partner teams to be included in contract documents including RFQ/RFPs, change order controls, purchase orders, and invoicing.
- Build strong working relationships with data center leadership teams across multiple sites as well as other internal stakeholders (operations, finance, safety, security, legal, procurement).
