We are looking for a Senior Developer Experience Engineer to define and drive what great agent-driven development looks like on AWS.
You will decide where to focus across the portfolio, build hands-on to validate the experience, and turn what you learn into content, standards, and product feedback that service teams act on.
You will lead projects end-to-end, mentor other engineers on the team, and influence product direction through the quality of your work and the clarity of your recommendations.
Key job responsibilities
- Define where to focus across the AWS portfolio for agent-driven development improvements - Build hands-on with AI agents to validate the experience and identify the highest-impact gaps - Produce content, standards, and guidance that developers and their agents rely on - Work directly with service and product teams to drive changes that make their services easier to build with - Lead projects end-to-end, from scoping the problem through shipping the fix or content - Mentor other engineers on the team and raise the quality bar across the org About the team
