Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.

Strong academic background with a minimum GPA of 3.0.

Basic knowledge of engineering principles, including hydrology, hydraulics, and environmental regulations.
