He/she is responsible for preparing social media calendars while developing marketing materials as well as encompassing on-site assistance for marketing events, including video and photo production for social media, along with editing tasks.
This role supports membership engagement goals and continuous improvement through feedback and performance insights.
Responsibilities:Develop and manage marketing content, social media calendars, and promotional materials Provide on‑site support for event video and photo shooting, including logistics and execution Capture and edit event visuals for social media and promotional use Support the execution of annual marketing plans, campaigns, and engagement activities including preparing required briefing notes and tracking progress of deliverables against timelines.
Assist in planning and executing member events, ensuring all administrative details are handled efficiently Handle distribution of materials and support supervisors with ad hoc tasks and contribute content ideas for future campaigns based on event outcomes and member feedback.
Monitor basic social/media content performance (e.g., engagement, reach) and provide suggestions to improve content strategy.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and social media content (visual style, messaging, and tone).
Requirements:Degree holder in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related disciplines 2-3 years of relevant working experience in the private club membership, marketing or administrative sectors Good command of MS office Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
Ability to write/prepare marketing copy or bilingual captions as required.
Work Location:Discovery Bay Free transportation to Discovery Bay will be provided.
