This requires us to understand different technologies and talent markets, shape hiring strategies with leaders, and connect recruitment decisions with longer-term priorities for organizational design, leadership, performance, and talent development.
By combining HR expertise, market insight, and workforce data, we help teams build the capabilities they need while creating practices that can scale.
You will partner with leaders across the full talent lifecycle, from workforce planning and specialized hiring to talent development, performance, employee relations, and retention.
Your work will span hiring strategy, organizational design, manager development, scalable programs, and data-informed decision-making.

As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, you'll play a key role in building and scaling the technical talent that powers our data-driven innovations.
Responsibilities:
- Support R&D recruitment with understanding of cutting-edge tech sectors (such as LLMs and AR/VR hardware), with a proven track record of managing talent acquisition across diverse business lines.
- Deeply understand hiring needs, partner closely with business leaders and stakeholders to develop talent acquisition strategies in different geographies.
- Develop efficient hiring processes and ensure high-touch candidate experience to continuously deliver high-quality candidates and meet hiring goals.
- Develop service level agreements (SLAs) and other best practices to improve processes and increase recruitment output.
- Work with country and business unit leaders as well as the operation teams to understand relevant laws as well as manage and oversee the recruitment lifecycle globally for all ByteDance candidates to ensure great candidate experience.
- Manage, coach and mentor members of the global recruiting team.
