The Procurement Team plays a critical role in the business by managing the strategic design and execution of end-to-end processes for acquiring goods and services sustainably and in compliance with business standards.

We oversee sourcing and onboarding vendors, optimizing key company systems and processes, maintaining a strategic outlook on procurement activities, and ensuring all contracts meet legal, project, and business requirements.

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Procurement Specialist to support a wide range of General Services categories, including but not limited to Construction, Facility Management, Catering, Physical Security, HR Services, and Customized Goods.

This role will serve as a key business partner, collaborating with internal stakeholders to manage procurement processes, drive efficiencies, and deliver cost-effective solutions across TikTok's rapidly growing operations.

- Support and execute end-to-end procurement activities across assigned categories, from understanding business requirements and sourcing suppliers to negotiation, contracting and delivery.

- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop commercially sound procurement solutions valuable to the organisation.

- Conduct market research, benchmarking and supplier analysis to identify market trends, sourcing opportunities, potential risks and cost-saving opportunities.

- Identify, evaluate and engage suppliers based on capability, quality, cost, service and business requirements, while building effective long-term supplier relationships.

- Support commercial and contract negotiations, monitor supplier performance and work with relevant stakeholders to resolve performance, delivery or procurement-related issues.

- Analyse procurement and market data to generate insights, support decision-making and provide clear, evidence-based recommendations.

- Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies and applicable requirements, while contributing to the continuous improvement of procurement processes, tools and ways of working.

- Bachelor’s degree.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and use insights to support decision-making.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Proactive, curious and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and take increasing ownership of procurement activities.

- Ability to work effectively across functions, cultures and geographies.

- Ability to work in the office five days a week and travel internationally as required.

- 1+ years of professional experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, consulting, commercial operations or another relevant field.

- Familiarity with procurement processes, tools and systems.

- Experience working in a multinational, technology or other fast-paced organisation.

- Exposure to contract negotiation, supplier performance management or procurement-related data analysis.

- Interest in using AI and emerging technologies to improve procurement processes and ways of working.
