What You'll Do:
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a resource for the Visa Services team to execute and improve operational processes, ensuring accurate case tracking, data integrity, and adherence to established immigration workflows and compliance requirements
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure employment compliance, avoid risks and support adherence to company policies
- Build scalable SOPs for intake, approvals, vendor coordination, and escalations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, document current processes, and implement operational improvements.
- Support audits and quality-control reviews to confirm documentation accuracy, workflow adherence, and compliance with internal policies.
- Monitor operational performance, summarize key trends and risks, and recommend practical improvements to workflows and service delivery.
