Champion the adoption of AI tools and automation frameworks to streamline repetitive tasks, reduce manual effort, and strengthen the control environment

Partner with Engineering and other cross-functional teams to implement and optimise AI-enabled accounting solutions — automated reconciliations, intelligent data extraction, and anomaly detection

Support global accounting processes and controls, with a particular focus on cost and inventory accounting

Assist with month-end close, including subledger management, journal entry preparation, and balance sheet reconciliation

Exposure to — or strong interest in — AI applications in accounting and finance, such as automating manual processes, intelligent data extraction, or predictive analytics

Highly collaborative, with excellent communication skills and the ability to explain an accounting outcome to a non-accounting partner in their own language

Hands-on experience implementing AI or automation tools in accounting workflows, including AI-assisted close process

Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies

Familiarity with data analytics tooling — Python, SQL, or BI platforms — to support automation initiatives

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

3+ years of accounting or finance experience in Big 4, tech, or a similar environment.

Working knowledge of U.S.

GAAP and internal controls frameworks.
