Execute and maintain recurring operational processes including planning cycles, budget tracking, headcount management, and reporting cadences

Gather, organize, and analyze operational data to surface insights and support leadership decision-making

Drive workstreams for special projects as directed by the Business Ops lead, managing timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables

Build and maintain documentation for Design Studio operational processes and reviews, ensuring clarity and scalability

Coordinate with HR, Finance, Recruiting, Facilities, and other partner teams on behalf of the Design Studio

Support preparation of materials for leadership reviews, planning sessions, and external engagements

3-5 years of experience in business operations, program management, or strategy roles (design, product, or tech environment preferred)

Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Experience independently managing assigned workstreams, proactively identifying blockers, and escalating issues when needed

Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)

Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies

Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
