Experience in communicating effectively with a broad range of stakeholders, collaborators, and clients at different levels

Experience building engine-level systems (e.g., Rendering, Collision, Physics, Input Processing, Audio, Animation, Networking, etc.) for 3D real-time interactive engines (Unity 3D, Unreal, Frostbite, or other/proprietary)

Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies

Experience building for multiple hardware platforms (e.g., PC, Console, MR/VR, Cloud, mobile)

Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)

Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)

Experience with performance optimization of real-time applications (CPU, GPU, Memory, etc.)
