You'll build Amazon's enterprise-wide workforce planning solution—a unified platform that transforms how leaders align talent investments with business needs.
This isn't about maintaining legacy systems;
you're building new capabilities from the ground up, leveraging AI and machine learning to help senior leaders make data-driven workforce decisions.
You'll work in a high-visibility, high-ambiguity environment with direct interaction with senior leaders, rapidly prototyping in the AI space without operational dependencies on existing infrastructure.
Key job responsibilities
- Design and build integrated planning systems that handle complex workforce scenarios with embedded AI-driven recommendations
- Create intuitive interfaces that make sophisticated planning accessible to business leaders
- Partner with Finance, and business teams to enable real-time workforce modeling and decision-making
- Launch new features and customer experiences while tracking key performance metrics
- Drive project execution from concept to completion, delivering regular status updates to stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional initiatives, influencing senior stakeholders through exceptional written narratives
- Make critical technical trade-offs on complex, enterprise-scale systems architecture
- Navigate financial modeling and budget alignment with Finance partners
