In this role, you will help run strategic operations programs across our food production facilities, supporting cross-functional initiatives from concept through delivery.
You will help build scalable processes and operating standards, work with analytics teams to maintain dashboards and reporting that track facility performance, and coordinate with site teams and business partners to improve safety, quality, labor productivity and cost.
You will prepare program updates and surface risks and recommendations to your manager and program leads.
The ideal candidate is an organized program manager who stays effective in ambiguity, communicates clearly, and brings a bias for action.
Experience in manufacturing, food production or multi-site operations is a plus.
What matters most is your ability to help manage cross-functional programs, use data to make decisions, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Key job responsibilities
Support cross-functional operations programs across the facility network, owning defined workstreams from planning through delivery.
Track program milestones, dependencies and action items, and keep partners aligned on status and next steps.
Help build and maintain operating standards, process documentation and playbooks that site teams can run against.
Partner with analytics teams to maintain dashboards and reporting that track safety, quality, labor productivity and cost.
Pull and review facility performance data to spot trends, flag issues early and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate with facility leadership, food safety and quality, engineering and other partners to execute initiatives on the ground.

We are a team of program and project managers who drive operational strategy and performance across a growing network of food production facilities, including kitchens and bakehouses.
You will work alongside facility leadership, food safety and quality, engineering, category management, store operations, finance and tech teams, as well as third-party vendors, to help improve safety, quality, labor productivity and cost, and to build the capabilities that support network growth.
