Hospitality Industry Responsibilities:Increases sales revenue by developing new business from existing event organisers and from new customers Take initiative to identify, negotiate, and secure new events bookings, ranging from meetings, social events and weddings Prepare event documentations and coordinate with external and internal parties to ensure smooth execution of events with high level of service standard Work closely with the operations teams to ensure flawless execution of events and exceed guest expectations Achieve sales goals and target established by management Conduct market research on competitors’ analysis and market trend
Requirements:Degree / Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or relevant discipline preferred Minimum 5 years of solid experience in handling event and catering of all kinds, including conversion and logistics Strong analytical skills with good business sense Result oriented, self-motivated and creative A team player with leadership skills Proficiency in both written & spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua Immediately available is an advantage Candidate with more experience will consider as Senior Event Sales Manager We offer an attractive remuneration package to the right candidate.
