GrowthArch seeks a Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of a national internship placement programme for TVET college graduates. You will build the delivery team, systems, and controls to run the programme across all provinces, ensuring interns are placed near home, supported, and well documented. The role requires leading cross-functional teams, managing budgets and timelines, and coordinating with colleges, host employers, funders and government stakeholders. J-18808-Ljbffr

申请条件

- Proven experience in end-to-end project management, ideally of national or multi-region programmes
- Experience building and leading delivery teams, systems, and operational controls
- Strong cross-functional team leadership skills
- Budget management and timeline management experience
- Experience coordinating with colleges, host employers, funders, and government stakeholders
- Ability to manage placement logistics across all provinces, including placing interns near their homes
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- Stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
- Willingness to travel across provinces as needed
- Relevant project management qualification or equivalent experience
