岗位职责

Mission:Analyze and improve emergency management for extreme weather phenomena in Europe.

Functions to be developed: • Generate a database of floods on a European scale.

• Evaluate hydrometeorological forecasts on a European scale.

• Collaborate with the research groups of the

INLINE project to prepare a survey on the added value of developments for the management of emergencies related to storms, heavy rains and floods.

- Experience in emergency management or disaster risk reduction, particularly for extreme weather phenomena

- Knowledge of flood databases and hydrometeorological forecasting methods

- Ability to work with large-scale European datasets

- Research collaboration skills, including working with multidisciplinary teams

- Survey design and data collection skills

- Understanding of the added value of research developments for emergency management

- Proficiency in English (working language of European projects)

- Analytical and data management skills

- Willingness to collaborate with research groups across Europe
