- 具备高级财务规划与分析（FP&A）相关工作经验

- 能够将财务数据转化为可执行的洞察

- 具备支持业务决策和战略举措的经验

- 熟悉财务规划、预算编制和预测流程

- 具备在快节奏、项目驱动型环境中工作的能力

- 优秀的跨部门沟通与协作能力，能与财务、业务单元负责人及项目经理紧密合作

- 较强的财务建模和分析能力

- 注重细节，具备良好的组织与优先级管理能力

- 熟练使用财务系统及Excel等分析工具

- 具备提升财务可见性和改进规划流程的能力

- 英语流利；掌握意大利语者优先
