Our work sits at the intersection of product adoption and creator growth – helping creators discover features, build sustainable strategies, and set the standard for quality content at scale.
About the Role
You'll manage and grow a portfolio of top creators – retaining them, deepening their platform engagement, and elevating them as showcases that raise the bar for content quality at scale.
You'll serve as their primary point of contact, owning the relationship end-to-end while collaborating cross-functionally to align their work with platform priorities.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, select, and onboard creators against eligibility criteria, business priorities, and portfolio fit
- Build trusted, long-term relationships that keep top talent deeply invested in TikTok
- Translate platform data into actionable content strategies and coach creators on new features and tools
- Develop, plan, and implement projects and initiatives to showcase top creators at key industry moments
- Host in-person and virtual sessions covering best practices, product updates, and creator connection
- Partner closely with Product, Comms, and Marketing to align creator work with platform priorities
