- Assist management in conducting internal operational analysis for digital advertising businesses, identifying problem areas, and coordinating with relevant departments to build solutions.

- Plan revenue targets, and calculate detailed financial indicators such as revenue and cost for overall projects and related ROI.

- Research, analyze and report on internal and external factors that impact monetization, such as market trends, competitive landscape, to assist management in making informed strategic decisions and identifying long-term monetization opportunities and trends in digital advertising.

- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to develop monetization strategies for ad products, including ad creatives, ad measurement, and branding and performance product lines.

- Monitor revenue performance and make recommendations for adjustments or improvements to drive revenue growth.

- Partner with cross-functional teams to execute monetization strategies and achieve revenue targets.

Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Systems, Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics or a related quantitative field, and 2 years of related work experience.Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:-Using Structured Thinking and First-Principles Thinking to disaggregate complex business challenges, questions, or problems into clearly defined business strategy questions in order to answer them systematically;-Performing market assessments of business opportunities by conducting competitive analysis, estimating market size, and building revenue models to support product strategy decisions;-Analyzing quantitative financial and operational data, including revenue, growth, and efficiency, using Excel to generate business insights and inform future strategy;-Building financial or data models to project business performance and set business performance goals;-Collaborating with multiple cross-functional stakeholders and prioritizing requirements from different sources to deliver business solutions;

and-Creating project plans by setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines and performing project quality control throughout development.Travel Requirement: Domestic and International travel required up to 15%.Employer: TT Commerce & Global Services LLC
