Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design tools.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
