- Proven experience in project management, including governance, budgets, contracts, and timelines
- Experience leading delivery of grant-funded projects
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including working with international cultural partners
- Ability to manage partnership programs and collaborative exhibitions or similar cultural projects
- Capacity to work across the ASEAN region and with cross-cultural teams
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Effective communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
- Understanding of or experience in screen culture, museums, or cultural sector (inferred)
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required (inferred)
