Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent qualification preferred.
3-5 years of experience in financial reporting, audit, or a related role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and financial reporting processes.
