Develop and execute the long-term vision for global tax operations, aligning technology and process improvements with Meta's broader business objectives.

Lead the evaluation, implementation, and optimization of advanced tax technologies, specifically leveraging AI and automation to streamline compliance, reporting, and forecasting processes.

Continuously identify and implement process improvements across the global tax lifecycle, ensuring scalability, accuracy, and robust risk management.

Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of tax and technology professionals.

Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and excellence.

Partner closely with internal stakeholders across Finance, Engineering, Legal, and business units to ensure seamless integration of tax requirements into corporate initiatives and systems.

Oversee the execution of complex global tax operations, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and internal controls while managing relationships with external advisors and technology vendors.

15+ years of progressive experience in tax operations, tax technology, or a related field within a large multinational corporation or public accounting firm

Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams in a complex, fast-paced environment

Demonstrated experience driving large-scale technology transformations and process automation within a tax or finance function (experience with AI implementation is highly preferred)

Deep understanding of global tax concepts, compliance requirements, and financial reporting standards (e.g., ASC 740)

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex tax and technology concepts to non-technical audiences

Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional, global initiatives
