We're seeking an experienced Principal Manufacturing Engineer to lead and drive strategic initiatives for Printed Circuit Board (PCB) fabrication across Leo's satellite constellation program.
You will be instrumental in building and scaling our supply chain to support the production of thousands of satellites.

Key job responsibilities
• Lead and drive PCB fabrication initiatives from concept to mass production
• Conduct comprehensive DFM assessments and provide technical recommendations for design improvements
• Drive technical alignment between design teams, manufacturing partners, and quality engineering to optimize PCBA fabrication
• Partner with systems engineering and hardware teams to influence PCB design decisions that impact supply chain resilience
• Lead cross-functional programs to qualify new PCB technologies and fabrication processes
• Drive PCB fabrication strategy alignment with business objectives
