Amazon Healthcare Security's(HealthSec) team is hiring a Security Engineer to protect Amazon HealthCare’s services and infrastructure.
You will assess security risks, develop mitigation strategies, and integrate security controls into rapidly evolving operational systems.
Working closely with security engineers and product teams, you will safeguard the networks, devices, and workflows that power Amazon's healthcare operations.
Key job responsibilities
- Conduct security reviews of network architecture, automation tools, and infrastructure - Perform risk assessments and identify security vulnerabilities in workflows - Implement security best practices including network security, identity management, and secure system deployment - Collaborate with product development teams to integrate security controls - Support security incident investigations related to infrastructure - Develop and maintain security documentation including threat models, risk assessments, and security guidelines - Drive security automation efforts including monitoring and alerting for key security risks About the team
