We're seeking an innovative and collaborative Senior Operations Program Manager to drive critical aviation hardware development programs from concept to production.
In this pivotal role, you'll orchestrate complex manufacturing processes, optimize product lifecycles, effectively manage assembly yields, and ensure seamless delivery of innovative customer terminal products.
Your strategic leadership will directly impact our ability to bring transformative aviation assembly technologies to market with precision and excellence on time.
Key job responsibilities
• Drive comprehensive manufacturing readiness across all development phases, owning critical operations commitments and milestones
• Optimize factory execution and yield management to meet channel fill requirements and product launch timelines
• Lead cross-functional initiatives involving Manufacturing engineering, Hardware R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain teams
• Manage complex program budgets and implement strategic cost optimization strategies
