The team seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to join the NA Operations HCE to support one of our growing and expanding businesses.

This role partners closely with a broad range of finance and operations leaders who share a common goal of delivering the Best in Class delivery experience.
This role supports business and finance stakeholders across North America and other regions, owning corporate planning and reporting, headcount decisions, and a HC policy playbook that drives standardization, automation, and consistency across multiple business lines.
The role also designs and maintains performance measurements that inform resource deployment strategy and continuously improve business economics.
The successful candidate has demonstrated the following abilities: ability to influence business owners, support thoughtful decision-making, adapt to a rapidly-evolving environment, collaborate with executives and various business units across Amazon which requires excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Key job responsibilities
Identifies basic control risks, evaluates impact, proposes changes, and implements process improvement framework to remediate gaps
Contributes to weekly/monthly financial close
Outputs plans, forecasts, budgets, and consolidations
