- 能够统筹跨省份、多地区的项目运营
- 具备候选人寻源、筛选及与雇主对接安置的实操经验
- 能够监督实习全过程直至完成，确保按时交付
- 具备确保实习生在居住地附近安置、获得妥善支持并做好完整记录的管理能力
- 具备较强的组织协调与利益相关方（高校、雇主等）沟通能力
- 能够建立并维护项目文档与数据记录体系
- 具备在TVET（职业技术教育与培训）或毕业生就业安置相关领域工作经验者优先
