- Proven experience as an HR Director or senior HR leadership role, ideally in hospitality or a fast-paced service environment
- Strong knowledge of people strategy, employee relations, and workforce planning
- Experience managing and developing an HR/P&C team
- Ability to align HR initiatives with business goals and service excellence
- Experience working within a matrix organizational structure and collaborating with corporate stakeholders
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Degree in HR, business administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications preferred
- Fluent English required; Spanish strongly preferred given the on-site role in Spain
- Willingness to be based on site in El Albir (Alicante), Spain
