- Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or in a similar senior architecture role
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, principles, and governance
- Experience aligning technology, data, applications, security, and integrations with organisational strategy
- Ability to define architecture principles, standards, and lifecycle plans
- Experience reducing technical debt and guiding secure, future-ready IT decisions
- Familiarity with cyber security, risk, and assurance practices
- Experience working with external providers and ensuring compliance and resilience
- Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills
