- Proven experience as an HR Director or senior HR leadership role, ideally in hospitality, wellness, or a service-driven industry
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to connect people strategy to operations, service excellence, and business performance
- Experience managing and developing an HR/People & Culture team
- Ability to partner effectively with department heads and senior stakeholders
- Capacity to balance people priorities with commercial and business priorities
- Experience operating within a matrix organizational structure across local and corporate teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Degree in HR, business administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications preferred
- Fluent in English; Spanish language skills strongly preferred given the location
- Willingness to be based in El Albir, Alicante, Spain
