Complaints Handling Customer ServiceResponsibilities - To handle complaint calls and written correspondence from customers - To liaise with internal / external parties to ensure customer complaints are resolved - To analyze customers' feedback and identify areas for enhancing service quality - To prepare regular reports and compile statistics for management review Requirements - Higher Diploma or above in any discipline - Minimum 2 years experience in CS industry, with complaints handling experience is an advantage - Customer-oriented with excellent communication and problem solving skills - Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese - Proficient in PC skills - Able to work under pressure - Applicants with less experiences will be considered as Assistant Customer Relations Officer Interested parties please send full resume stating present and expected salary.
