Ocean Hub is a creative community workspace project at Oceanic Industrial Centre in Ap Lei Chau. We are letting 130 private workshop units over five floors in the same building. Units are approximately 930–1,730 gross sq ft at HK$10.8 to HK$12.8 per gross sq ft per month, inclusive of management fee and rates. This is well below the asking rents for comparable units in the same building and area, so the units let quickly. Tenants are galleries, designers, photographers, wine importers and small production companies. You will work alongside our Facilities and Operations Manager, who handles the building, fit-out and tenant management. Your job is to help find new tenants and close deals. Responsibilities Let the workshop units across all five floors Build and maintain working relationships with property agents across Hong Kong Island and Kowloon Handle enquiries from advertising and property portals, and follow up promptly Arrange and conduct viewings Negotiate rent and terms, issue offers and follow through to signing Report weekly on enquiries, viewings and signed leases Requirements 5 years or more in commercial or industrial leasing in Hong Kong; industrial or workshop units preferred A record of closing deals. Please state how many leases you signed in the past two years An established network of property agents in Hong Kong Fluent Cantonese; good spoken and written English Comfortable approaching new prospects directly EAA salesperson's or estate agent's licence an advantage, not a requirement We offer HK$44,000 a month: HK$20,000 basic salary plus HK$24,000 guaranteed commission The guaranteed commission covers the first six units you let each month, at HK$4,000 a unit.
